You’re the kind of engineer who knows when to apply best practices and when to bend them.You might be a good fit if you have solid engineering experience and have been recently hands-on:✅ Engineering Experience:3+ years building mobile apps (Flutter, React Native, or native)Comfortable shipping high-quality features quickly✅ Technical Ownership:Built features for consumer-facing products with 100K+ usersStrong grasp of performance, reliability, and maintainability principles✅ AI/ML Knowledge:Familiar with AI coding tools, MCPs, third-party workflow agentsPractical experience applying agentic workflow in startup environments✅ Startup mindset:Builder first.
