Build pixel-perfect, smooth UI across both iOS and Android platforms from a single codebase. Write clear, maintainable, and testable code with unit and integration tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality. Integrate mobile apps with backend services and APIsDiagnose and fix bugs, fix performance bottlenecks. Ensure mobile app performance, scalability, and responsiveness across iOS and AndroidCollaborate with product Owners, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences. Participate in Agile/Scrum activities: daily standup, demo session, retrospective, estimate and planning, etc. Provide mentoring/training for junior members if any. Perform other tasks assigned by the Leader/ ManagerQualificationsGeneral requirements:At least an Intermediate level of English levelGood for logical thinking and problem solvingSelf-learning and adapting to new technology quicklyProactive & have a good ownership mindsetAbility to communicate effectively with team members and managementWork independentlyTechnical requirements:Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. 4+ years of experience with Flutter (Dart language) In-depth understanding of object-oriented programming ideas and design patterns. Experience with an architectural pattern: BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, or MVVM, Clean Architecture. Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., SQLite, Realm, Firebase, or backend DB integration). Familiarity with Firebase, Google Maps/Mapbox, Push Notifications, Analytics SDKs.
