Role : Senior Network AdminLocation : Alabang MuntinlupaWork Type : HybridWork Shift : Shifting ScheduleJob Description:1.Maintain under operational conditions the current and new network infrastructure and security solutions in respect of the Support processes2.Build, deploy and administer/manage the current and new network infrastructure (including WAN, LAN, WLAN and network services like NLB ...) and security solutions3.Senior level of operational support on:-Troubleshooting, incidents and problem management,-Reporting and communication on activity, quality and performance of the network platforms and security solutions-Ensure appropriate documentation, including procedures for support.4.Assist new implementations of all Network and Security Infrastructure components5.Pro-active in ensuring stability, response time, operational consistency and life cycle over the network platforms and security solutionsSECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Contribute to search and qualification to new solutions2.Provide recommendations to highest level of expertise teamsPRIMARY TECHNICAL ABILITIES:1.Preferably CCNP Level2.Administration and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN/WLAN networks Routing protocolsconfiguration and troubleshooting (BGP, RIP, OSPF, EIGRP …) LAN technologies administration and troubleshooting (VRRP, VSS, STP …)QoS mechanisms Wi-Fi controllers and access points administration Load Balancer (NetScaler)3.Security Administration with Palo Alto and Fortinet Firewalls, Pulse remote access, Reverse Proxy Preferably Palo Alto certifiedSECONDARY TECHNICAL ABILITIES:1.Knowledge on Infrastructure Solutions (Servers, Storage …)2.Knowledge in ITIL framework3.WAN Compression and Optimization appliances Riverbed4.Telephony & Voice infrastructure administration (mainly Cisco)BEHAVIOR ABILITIES:1.3-7 years' experience in infrastructure, with 3-5 years as Network Administrator2.Strong Knowledge of Cisco network products, Palo Alto, Riverbed3.Self-motivated, eager to learn in the IT profession4.Team player must be able to work with people within and outside of the IT department.5.Customer service oriented6.Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.7.English speaking mandatory (French reading would be appreciated)8.Ability to analyze and synthesize situations and understand the business constraints9.Willing to do some travelingTechnical Environment:●Cisco products and technologies●Cisco telephony●Citrix NetScaler NLB and Reverse Proxy●Palo Alto, Panorama Central Management and Fortinet Firewalling●Infoblox DNS●Riverbed WAN optimization and NetFlow Riverbed Cascade●Monitoring SolarWinds●Ticketing CMDB CA Service Desk Manager●SDWAN ( Velocloud)Note :Interested candidates feel free to share your updated resume to sonia.t@nygci.com
