Job DetailsJob Title-Security ArchitectEmployment Type-12 Months CONTRACTPayroll Company-eTeam MalaysiaWork Mode-Remote-occasional office visits once or twice a month)Work Location-MalaysiaInterview Mode-VirtualStart Date-ASAPRate / Salary-Depends Job Description: Security Architect – (Remote)Experience: 4–6 yearsDuration: 12 months (Contract)Key Responsibilities:Lead technical integration and deployment of Security Solutions for enterprise customersAnalyze customer traffic and system architecture to tailor solutions addressing unique security challengesCollaborate with cross-functional internal teams (Sales, Project Management, Product Support) to ensure seamless project deliveryProvide documentation, configuration, testing, debugging, and go-live supportAct as a trusted advisor and central point of contact for assigned clientsConduct technical workshops, solution reviews, and training sessions with customersIdentify service enhancement opportunities and proactively address technical issuesContribute to the continuous improvement of processes and service delivery standardsParticipate in internal learning and development initiatives to stay up-to-date with evolving technologyRequired Qualifications and Skills5+ years of experience in IT security, with a strong focus on web and network securityDemonstrated success in customer-facing technical roles, ideally within the IT or cybersecurity industryStrong understanding of common threats and vulnerabilities, especially those listed in the OWASP Top 10Familiarity with secure network and application architecture, DDoS protection, and WAFsExcellent troubleshooting skills and ability to solve complex technical problemsProactive and self-driven, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple engagementsEffective communicator, able to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong collaboration skills with the ability to work across geographies and teamsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
