Senior Odoo Developer

a. Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules and new features.Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient technical solutions.Define and enforce best practices for code quality, structure, and version control.Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews, technical sessions, and pair programming.Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and APIs.Optimize Odoo performance, scalability, and maintainability.Review, validate, and improve code delivered by junior developers.Manage deployments, version control, and module migrations across different environments.Collaborate closely with functional consultants and project managers to ensure seamless project delivery.Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in Odoo and PostgreSQL.Oversee deployment from staging to production while maintaining data integrity.b. Requirements:Experience: 4+ years in Odoo development.Strong expertise in Python, XML, QWeb, and Odoo ORM.Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Git, and Linux systems.Solid understanding of business processes (Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Inventory, HR).Experience with Odoo versions 14–18 preferred.Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
