The Senior Odoo Developer will design, develop, and maintain Odoo-based solutions to address unique business needs. Responsibilities include back-end development, implementing and testing new software features, debugging, optimizing performance, and integrating third-party modules. The role also involves collaborating with other developers, understanding client requirements, and ensuring high-quality coding standards are met.Key Responsibilities:Develop and customize Odoo modules (Python, Odoo ORM, XML, JS).Lead technical tasks and mentor junior developers.Integrate Odoo with external systems (REST APIs).Optimize performance and troubleshoot technical issues.Support upgrades, migrations, and deployment.Prepare technical documentation and ensure best practices.Requirements:5+ years Odoo development experience.Strong in Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo framework, QWeb/Reports.Experience with Odoo Enterprise & Community.Good understanding of business processes (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, MRP).Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
