Management Reporting – Senior officer is responsible for managing financial and operational data, developing management reports, and performing data analysis to support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transform raw data into meaningful insights and reports for management. This role involves close coordination with the GL and Consolidation teams to obtain detailed insights and perform breakdown analyses.Main ResponsibilitiesActual Performance closingCoordinate with Accounting team and Hotel/Food Finance team to ensure that all relevant transactions for the month are properly reflected in Actual performance.Coordinate with Consolidation team to ensure that all variances can be explained to Business.Coordinate with Hotel/Food FC and Consolidation team to ensure that the actual financial result is aligned before closing.Prepare monthly Management Financial Report (Hotel Blue Book)Develop and publish Hotel Blue Book on time each month.Update Foreign Exchange rate on Blue Book template.Work with Hotel FC to simplify the Management Reporting to focus on more analysis to address the business issues to management.Enhance report to be more automatically.Annual BudgetCorporate/ MFLoading budget for corporate and oversea entities listed by businesses (Corporate/ MF).Coordinate with Corporate function and Minor Food Finance to complete and submit Budget for business as per schedule.Ensure that all accounting adjustment transactions are timely communicated to Food FC and reflected in Budget before finalizing the result.Coordinate with Minor Food FC/ Corporate function in providing informative and accurate financial analysis to support Budget.Prepare quarterly Connected Transaction report to support Audit Committee ReviewPrepare Connected Transaction report on quarterly basis.Coordinate with Consolidation team to ensure that the number presented on the report is accurate and complete.Coordinate with Consolidation team to ensure that all variances can be explained to VP-Shared Service.Prepare quarterly CFO presentation report to support Audit Committee ReviewBe responsible person for CFO presentation report on quarterly basis and make sure it is available on time.Prepare Profit and loss number in overall and breakdown analysis.Prepare Balance sheet per statutory and provide in depth analysis.Prepare Key ratios and provide solid analysis.Coordinate with Consolidation team to ensure that all variances can be explained to VP-Shared Service.Other TasksProvide input for new system development.Provide any ad-hoc requested by CFO/VP/ Senior Manager.Coordinate with stakeholders as necessary.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.3 – 5 years of experience in management reporting, financial analysis, or data analytics.Experienced in data management and report development for data analysis.Proficiency in English Communication in both written and verbal.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; VBA or Power BI experience is a plus.
