Senior Officer, New Business & Underwriting

Mô tả công việcPerform daily NBU transactions across systems (e.g., CUBE, LAS, AWPL, CCR, OWB, UWME) Handle enquiries and complaints from sales forces and customers regarding insurance applications and underwriting decisions within authority Manage NBU system enhancements (e.g., OWB_NBU workflow, Underwrite Me) Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to prepare business requirements and conduct UAT Produce routine and ad-hoc NB & UW reports for production monitoring Train system testers and users on NBU systems and processes Support ad-hoc tasks and participate in projects assigned by Line Manager.Yêu cầu công việcBachelor of business administration, Financial, Banking, IT Minimum 2 years of experience in life insurance new business and underwriting Experience in preparing business requirements and conducting UAT Prior experience in a similar underwriting role is preferred Completion of LOMA courses is an advantageKnowledge & Technical Skills Proficient in both English and Vietnamese Detail-oriented with strong underwriting and data verification skills Proficient in system usage, UAT, and report generation Effective communicator and trainer Capable of managing projects and working under pressure Collaborative and organized with good time management Effective management skills are preferable
