Job Description

Job Descriptions:Review of internal operations procedures and manuals.Review of operational risk incidents, to identify root causes and assess quality, adequacy and effectiveness of preventive measures.Analyze and monitor operations statistic data to identify trend, risks and propose measures/ideas for improvement.Be in charge of Business Continuty Plan (BCP) and implement BCP related activities.Be responsible for User ID administration and periodical User ID self-check.Be involved in problem solving related to operations and provide solution as appropriate.Handle inquiries from RHO and HO by coordinating with relevant departments.Facilitate projects/initiatives related to enhancement of operations efficiency through process streamlining or system automation.Act as branch coordinator for system implementation projects led by RHO and HO.Prepare necessary reports to Management, RHO and HO.Other job responsibilities as from time to time assigned by Management/Department Head.Job Requirements:Bachelor degree or above.At least 8 years of relevant working experience in Banking/Financial Services/Consulting industry.Previous involvement in banking operations or projects is preferred.Good command in EnglishExcellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills, with strong attention to detailsStrong critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical competenciesSente of of responsibility, team work manner is s a mustAble to handle multi tasks and work under high pressure
