Job Description

Job Purpose:Ensure timely assessment and identification of risks that may affect the company’s operational effectiveness and strategic objectives; promptly report to the Head of Risk Management / Chief Risk Officer for appropriate mitigation and corrective measures.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain the overall framework, policies, and procedures for operational risk management across the Company.Implement the integrated operational risk management framework, including periodic updates and monitoring of the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process, identification and mitigation of key risks, deployment of suitable operational risk management systems, and maintenance of the loss event database.Prepare risk reports / heat maps; communicate and escalate risk events, issues, and compliance with risk policies and limits to relevant stakeholders within the Company.Coordinate with relevant units on fraud risk management, including monitoring, analysis, development of policies & procedures, and related activities.Build risk awareness across the Company by providing support, communication, and training to employees.Support other areas of enterprise risk management as needed.Perform other tasks as assigned by direct management.Qualification and Experience:1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.2. Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience working in relevant functional areas within insurance, financial services, banking, and/or audit, with solid knowledge and hands-on experience in operational risk management.Experience in fraud risk management is an advantage.3. Professional Certification: Professional designations such as FRM, CIA, CPA, etc. are an advantage.4.
