Job Title: Senior Oracle IDAM AdministratorCompany: Aria HoldingLocation: Doha, QatarAbout the RoleAria Holding is seeking an experienced Senior Oracle IDAM Administrator to join our IT team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable, and high-performing identity and access management (IAM) solutions using the Oracle Identity Management Suite. This role requires strong expertise in Oracle IDAM components, troubleshooting, automation, and integration across on-premises and cloud environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and oversee identity and access management (IAM) strategies.Install, configure, and maintain Oracle Identity Management products (OAM, OIM, OUD, OHS, OIG).Define technical requirements, create execution plans, and drive end-to-end IAM implementations.Manage user access provisioning, authentication, and SSO workflows.Troubleshoot and resolve system and performance issues related to Oracle IDAM components.Develop automation scripts using UNIX Shell, PERL, SQL, and WLST.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, standards, and policies.Build and customize applications using Java and Oracle ADF.Continuously improve onboarding, offboarding, and SSO processes for efficiency and security.Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of IDAM best practices, frameworks, and operations.Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Strong analytical, advisory, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a customer-focused mindset.Strong team player, with the ability to work independently when needed.Fluent in English (written and verbal).Experience & Technical Expertise7+ years of Oracle Administration with a focus on Identity Management and Authentication.4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Management Suite (OIM, OAM, OIG, IDCS).Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Certificate Services.Experience with Azure AD, Azure Policies, and SSO integrations.Proficiency in VMWare, Oracle Access Manager, and related technologies.User provisioning experience for Oracle EBS R12, Oracle ERP Cloud, and LDAP connectors.Knowledge of IAM protocols such as OAuth, SAML, and JWT.Hands-on development experience with Java, J2EE, WebLogic, JavaScript, XML, and SAML.Experience with cloud-based IAM integrations.Education & CertificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.Professional certifications in Oracle Identity Management, Security, or Cloud Technologies are desirable.
