Position OverviewWe are looking for a highly experienced Senior Paid Media Executive with 5+ years of hands-onexperience managing high-performance paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate must beexceptionally strong in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, with additional capabilityin LinkedIn Ads, Shopping Ads, and other paid digital platforms. This role requires strategicthinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to independently manage large budgets andcomplex campaign structures.Key Responsibilities• Plan, build, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Shopping Ads,YouTube, and display networks.• Develop strategic paid media plans aligned with business objectives and lead-generationgoals.• Optimize campaigns daily for quality leads, lower CPA, improved ROAS, and higherconversions.• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, audience segmentation, and A/B tests.• Create full-funnel strategies including cold, warm, and retargeting layers.• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.• Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across platforms.• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives andlanding pages.• Stay updated on platform changes, new features, and digital advertising best practices.• Identify new growth opportunities through emerging paid channels.Required Skills & Qualifications• Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in paid media campaign management.• Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax, Shopping Ads, YouTube,Retargeting, Call Campaigns).• Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads (Lead Gen, Conversion, Re-engagement, LookalikeStrategies).• Strong experience with LinkedIn Ads and other paid platforms.• Solid knowledge of conversion tracking, events, pixels, CAPI, and analytics tools.• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions.• Excellent understanding of marketing funnels and full-funnel campaign planning.• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certification is an added advantage.• Strong communication and reporting skills.Nice-to-Have Skills• Experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or emerging platforms.• Understanding of CRM integrations and automation workflows.• Experience with creative testing frameworks.
