Job Description:We are seeking a versatile Video Editor to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a creative flair for video editing & conceptualizing. The candidate should have a minimum of 1+ years of experience and proficiency in English.Role and ResponsibilitiesAssist senior video editors in editing raw footage to create engaging and high-quality videos.Perform basic video editing tasks such as trimming, cutting, and assembling footage.Conceptualize and create engaging animated content and storyboards.Add transitions, effects, graphics, and audio to enhance video content.Organize and manage video files and assets for easy retrieval and future use.Collaborate with the production team to understand project requirements and timelines.Contribute creative ideas to improve video content and storytelling.Ensure video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent style.Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques and software tools.Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to video editing software and equipment.Help in the production and post-production process, including capturing and logging footage, creating rough cuts, and finalizing projects for delivery.Qualifications and SkillsMinimum 1 year of experience in video editing, Motion Graphics (2D animation is a plus).Proficiency in relevant software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.Strong attention to detail and creativity in video editing and creative thinking.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team.Ability to conceptualize and create engaging animated content and storyboards.Strong attention to detail and creativity in video editing and creative thinking.Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.Proven experience with video editing software and motion graphics software.Knowledge of video formats and file compression techniques.Basic understanding of cinematography and storytelling principles.Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues during editing.A strong portfolio or sample of previous video editing work is desirable.Degree/Diploma in Motion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is a plus.
