Senior Workers’ Compensation Paralegal – New YorkOur busy and growing Workers’ Compensation law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal with extensive knowledge of New York Workers’ Compensation law to join our team.The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a key role supporting attorneys and managing critical aspects of our cases from start to finish.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain a high-volume Workers’ Compensation caseloadDraft and file legal documents, forms, and correspondenceCommunicate with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and the BoardSchedule hearings, depositions, IMEs, and other case eventsMaintain accurate and up-to-date case records and deadlinesAssist attorneys in preparing cases for hearings and trialsQualifications:Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Workers’ Compensation paralegal in New YorkStrong knowledge of Workers’ Compensation procedures and filing systemsExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProficiency with legal case management software and electronic filingWhy Join Us:Supportive, collaborative team cultureOpportunity for professional growth and leadershipCompetitive compensation.
