Role Description This is an on-site, full-time Senior Paralegal role within the Litigation - Antitrust practice at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Based in Washington, DC, the Senior Paralegal will support attorneys in all aspects of antitrust litigation and regulatory proceedings. Responsibilities include managing case files, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, assisting with discovery processes, and coordinating filings. The role also involves liaising with vendors, monitoring case deadlines, and supporting court and agency interactions as necessary. Qualifications Strong legal research and case management abilities, including experience with discovery processes and prioritizing deadlines.Proficiency in drafting and organizing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and other court submissions.Familiarity with litigation support software, document review platforms, and regulatory filings.Excellent communication and organizational skills, with close attention to detail.Ability to work effectively on-site, independently or as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; paralegal certification is strongly preferred.Knowledge of antitrust law or regulatory compliance matters is a plus.
