From systems and compliance to automation and employee experience, you’ll make sure every detail delivers clarity and trust.Own day-to-day operations of our HR tech stack (Rippling, Ashby, Pave, Remote, Bennie, Sterling, Confluence)Serve as the first line of support for employee questions—fast, friendly, and accurateDesign and implement AI-driven workflows that eliminate manual work and elevate the employee experienceGenerate reports and insights across compensation, headcount, compliance, and auditsPartner with People Business Partners, Finance, and Legal to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely deliveryLead onboarding/offboarding processes and support lifecycle workflows (offers, terminations, documentation)Audit and optimize system workflows; drive automation that scales with the businessOwn the Annual project management for the People TeamSupport People projects and programs—from engagement to performance to total rewardsWhat You Bring3+ years in People Operations, HR Generalist, or similar rolesHands-on experience with Rippling (required); familiarity with Ashby and other HR tech a plusProven ability to manage high-volume requests with clarity and composureExperience designing or improving workflows using automation or AIA data-driven mindset and strong attention to detailExcellent communication and follow-through—you close the loopComfort navigating ambiguity and moving fast without losing accuracyBonus PointsYou’ve used AI to streamline workflows or surface insightsExperience supporting global or remote-first teamsExposure to audits, compliance, or policy designWhy You’ll Love It HereWe’re human—supercharged.
