This role involves providing essential administrative support to the recruiting team, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. The successful candidate will work closely with client groups and coordinate various aspects of the recruitment process.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the selection and hiring process by collaborating with client groups.Coordinate candidates’ interview and travel schedules to ensure a seamless experience.Maintain and update files and databases to keep track of candidate information.Review resumes, verify employment history, and check references for potential hires.Generate and send offer letters to selected candidates, and coordinate with outside employment agencies as needed.Skills Required1+ years of experience in a similar role; internships count towards experience.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work collaboratively with a team and interact with various client groups.Proficiency in using databases and maintaining accurate records.
