As Senior People Experience Partner, you’ll lead the development and delivery of foundational HR practices across Germany, ensuring they’re world-class, inclusive, and scalable. This is a true generalist role — you’ll own the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, engagement to employee relations, and everything in between.You’ll also take ownership of navigating and fully utilizing our global HCM System and design + deliver impactful onboarding, management training, and career development initiatives in Germany. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you’ll help define and execute the people strategy to support Omaze’s next phase of growth in Germany.🤩 About YouYou’re an experienced HR generalist who brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution to the table. You’ve operated at a senior level, partnering with leadership on complex business and people challenges while building scalable, high-impact programmes that improve the employee experience. You have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, are great at coaching and facilitation, and comfortable working through ambiguity.You thrive in a role with variety — able to shift seamlessly between designing people strategies and rolling up your sleeves to implement them. You take full ownership of your remit and operate with autonomy, while collaborating thoughtfully across the team and the business. You’re known for cutting through complexity, evolving processes and policies that are inclusive, human and fit for scale. Above all, you’re excited to help shape the future of a globally expanding, mission-led organisation — and to play a foundational role in building a People function that’s set up for long-term success.🔧 What You’ll Be DoingBuild and scale HR foundations across Germany, ensuring compliance, consistency, and local relevancePartner with senior leaders on organisational design, people development, and scaling best practicesAct as trusted advisor on employee relations, handling complex issues with deep expertise, empathy and clarityEnsure consistent & excellent employee experience across different touchpointsBe proactive in identifying friction points in employee experience and lead interventions or process improvementsContribute to shaping and delivering Omaze’s people strategy in support of global growthAct as the HCM System lead for Germany, fully utilizing & continuously improving the system to meet evolving business needsDeliver a world-class onboarding experience that helps new hires feel connected and productive from day oneDevelop and implement engaging and impactful management training programmes to build strong people management capability throughout the businessLead employee engagement surveys and partner with leaders to turn insights into meaningful actionSupport and evolve our performance review, feedback, and career development processesWe actively seek out diversity of thought and experience to drive innovation.
