Job DescriptionYou’ll be the first point of contact at the information counter for all inquiries and responsible for maintaining excellent Client and Stakeholder relationships, as well as contributing to the Internal KPI’s / SLA’s and ensuring all Customer Satisfaction scores are achieved.This is a full time position based at our client site in Munich.General Duties And ResponsibilitiesCoordination of external services providers e.g. event technologyPreparation of training rooms according to trainer specification including set up of technical equipmentAnswering all enquiries via email, chatbot, phone and in personUpdate knowledge management system to develop efficient and effective response to all kind of inquiresEnsure all agreed Service Level Agreements are achieved and contribute to service improvementsSupport the annual scheduling process for the client.General administration in the LMSCreate and adjust courses based on the product manager specificationsDigital dispatch of invitation links, documents, requirements for virtual trainings Room reservations in the internal room booking systemParticipant handling including reminders, adjustments, cancellations and recording attendanceQualificationsYou’ll have previous general administration experience in an operational, processing or customer service role with excellent organisational skills and a customer focussed approach.Also RequiredWritten and spoken English to proficient levelGood IT skills including Microsoft Word and ExcelProven effective communication skills, including verbal and writtenProven teamwork experience, including virtual teamsAssertiveness and resilienceProven ability to work well under pressure and within demanding timescales#EMEAAbout UsGP Strategies Corporation is one of the world's leading talent transformation providers.
