The Senior HR Project & Process Manager will directly shape our global growth journey. One of the important areas of work will be designing and steering the HR setup for new regions. Additionally, this role is put in charge of important HR projects, ongoing process improvements, and steering of annual HR cycles. Boost your career with awesome people!What you will do:Oversight and/or support of core HR processes and cross-functional project initiativesDue diligence, evaluation & implementation of new tools, projects, and processes (e.g., payroll improvement, global HR systems landscape, multi-regional Comp&Ben initiatives, …)Organizing and steering HR-related aspects for the opening of new and recently established regions (incl. creating a blueprint, stakeholder management, employment models, contractual matters, benefits, insurance, pension, benchmarks)Organizing and oversight of key annual HR cycles (e.g., performance feedback review, salary increase & promotion cycle)Championing automation and AI usage within the HR teamLeading any other special (HR) projectsSupporting the HR team mates, offering expertise and hands-on support for ongoing operational matters and ad hoc needs in crunch timesWho you are:Experience: 7 years+ of relevant HR experience, with a track record of successfully leading and end-to-end implementation of large-scale projectsEducation: Completed university degree in Business Administration/HR or a comparable qualification (including analytical/strategic courses); certificate in project-/process management is a plusExperience in a multi-company setting, collaborating across various regions and navigating a period of significant growth and expansionBroad knowledge of HR processes & cycles, HRIS systems, and operational HR topicsStrong expertise in project- & stakeholder management and process optimizationStrong interest and desire to establish AI and automation in existing process structuresStrong analytical skills, a structured working style, and strong communication skillsAbility to coordinate and communicate well across departments and locationsLanguage skills: English on C1-level and German B1 or aboveFuel for the Journey: Benefits to Support Your AmbitionsInvest in Your Future: Regular feedback and our development program support your growth, helping you expand your skill set and achieve your career goals.Easy Arrival to applike: From signing to settling in Hamburg, we’ve got you covered.
