Role DescriptionThe HR Performance Specialist is responsible for implementing and managing performance management systems to align employee objectives with organizational goals. They support managers in setting KPIs, evaluating performance, and providing constructive feedback. The role involves analyzing performance data to identify improvement areas and drive employee development. Ultimately, they help foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.QualificationsPerformance Management SystemDevelop and maintain the organization’s Performance Management System (PMS), ensuring it aligns with company strategy and culture.Coordinate annual and mid-year performance appraisal cycles (objective setting, performance reviews, feedback sessions).Monitor consistency and fairness in evaluation processes across all departments.Provide training and support for managers and employees on performance management tools and processes.KPIs & Goal SettingSupport departments in developing SMART goals and KPIs aligned with organizational objectives.Ensure cascading of objectives from top management to individual contributors.Regularly track and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.Performance Analytics & ReportingCollect and analyze performance data to generate reports and dashboards for management.Identify high performers and low performers for talent development or performance improvement plans.Provide insights and recommendations for HR planning, promotions, and reward programs.Employee Development & ImprovementWork closely with Learning & Development to link performance outcomes with training needs.Support implementation of Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) where necessary.Promote a culture of feedback, recognition, and accountability.System AdministrationManage digital performance management platforms (SAP SuccessFactors).Ensure accurate data entry, timely updates, and proper system utilization by all users.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5:7 years of experience in HR with a focus on performance management or HR analytics.Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and KPI systems.Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors.Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.Certification in HR is a plus.Location : Fifth Settlement – SODIC Eastown
