Job Summary :We’re looking for a data-obsessed, results-driven Senior Performance Marketing – Ads Optimizer to manage and scale our paid media campaigns across key digital channels. (Expat talent is warmly welcomed)What you will do :Strategically plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and others.Monitor campaign performance and actively make data-driven decisions to reduce new customer acquisition cost (CAC) and maximize ROAS.Lead A/B testing initiatives—across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies—to unlock new growth opportunities.Work closely with creative, campaign marketing, and commercial teams to turn consumer insights and content trends into high-converting ad creatives and landing experiences.Develop and execute full-funnel acquisition strategies, aiming to drive new user growth and increase conversions from existing customer segments.Provide regular reports, insights, and improvement plans to head of performance marketing and stakeholders.Stay on top of digital marketing trends, new platform features, and evolving best practices to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.Who you are :At least 5 years of hands-on experience in ad optimization and paid media buying.
