该职位来源于猎聘 Position Title: Physician / Senior Physician (for Immuno-Oncology, Hematology, General Medicine or Internal Medicine or PediatricianLocation: Shanghai or other locations (work in office or work from home with travel for meetings with client) Position Summary： Support clinical development planning and execution to align with customer’s clinical trial project request and quality standard. By interacting with various key functions (for example clinical operation, biometrics, quality assurance and pharmacovigilance), this position will provide medical expertise to conduct and manage project related medical monitoring. He/she shall deliver high quality clinical scientific services by providing medical input to synopsis and protocol, contributing to protocol adaptation to local requirements and amendment, conducting medical writing, and relevant activities. He / she shall also build and maintain good medical science relationships internally with all functional lines within the company and externally with KOLs and investigators. He / she will have the exposure to different project teams, diverse portfolio of clients, as well as various therapeutic areas.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist to company’s clinical development planning and executionAssist to manage all studies related medical monitoring and medical writingProvide medical and clinical inputs to the projects, as well as insight into the process.Provide medical review and medical input on protocol design, protocol adaptation, and monitoring on the clinical trial executionOversee the clinical operation to ensure that the safety of subjects is assured during the studyResponsible for ensuring that the clinical trial is conducted per clinical development plan and all applicable regulations/GCP compliant.Contribute to medical writing on clinical study related documents, including IB, study synopsis, protocol, CSR or other relevant documents.Perform literature search as needed for drafting document content. Interprets literature information and studies results and have the ability to communicate them clearlyAssist clinical operations and clients with sponsor visitsEducation and Key Competency RequirementProfessional Experience & Education RequirementM.D degree (preferred) or other life science degrees (or equivalent); clinic practice is preferredMinimum of 4 years of experience as physician or medical manager in biopharmaceutical industryRich working experience in medical monitoring in pharma industry and CRORich working experience in providing medical and scientific advice on protocol design and clinical development strategiesKey Competency RequirementAbility to think critically and scientificallyStrong organizational, interpersonal, self-motivation, and high personal integrityAbility to communicate professionally and courteously with clientsProactively seek out process improvements, efficiencies, and innovationsCompetent in time and project management, communication, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skillsExcellent English written and verbal communication skillsProficient in the use of relevant office applicationsExperience in Oncology and disease related knowledge is required
