Senior Planning Engineer

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain project schedules in consultation with the project teamCoordinate and obtain inputs from project team, contractors and suppliers to support the development of project programmesPrepare baseline schedule which includes resources, cost loadings, S-curves, Programme Narratives, and scope appreciation presentationWork on progress forecast and prepare rolling programmesUpdate, track and report project progress against planned scheduleMonitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction programEnsure timely submission of materials with approvalsEnsure project orders and deliveries are in accordance to agreed schedulesAssist in the overall interfacing and coordination works as and when requiredRequirements:Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering recognized by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore or Building and Construction Authority (BCA)Good understanding of construction industry practices and standards to perform planning and schedulingAt least 3 years’ experience in large scale projects with hands on experience doing planning and scheduling for E&M and building worksCandidate with more experience will be considered for a senior roleProficient in planning software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft ProjectCandidate with 4D BIM knowledge will have an added advantageHighly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently to produce programmes, narrative and histogramsMeticulous, eye for details and a good team playerAbility to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environmentThis is a site based positionInformation provided in response to this job advertisement will be treated in strict confidence and be used for recruitment purpose only.
