The role ensures effective planning and scheduling, applies CPM and EVM techniques, maintains accurate progress reporting, and implements cost effective planning strategies while ensuring alignment with quality management procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and manage project schedules in Primavera P6 / Cloud.Coordinate with multiple interfaces and stakeholders to ensure effective project planning.Monitor project performance using CPM and EVM techniques.Analyze schedule variance and provide corrective actions.Prepare detailed progress and performance reports.Recommend training and development for subordinate planning personnel.Ensure cost-effective and quality-compliant planning processes.Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 6 years of experience.Experience in real estate construction and superstructure projects.Proven experience in project planning and scheduling for large-scale construction projects.Strong understanding of CPM and EVM methodologies.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProject Management, Engineering, and Strategy/PlanningIndustriesReal Estate, Civil Engineering, and ConstructionLocation: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
