Senior Planning Engineer

Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior Planning Engineer to oversee project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction or industrial projects, with expertise in project control systems and scheduling software.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS ProjectMonitor project progress, identify delays, and provide corrective action plansCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are metPrepare and present reports on project performance, risks, and forecastingOptimize resource allocation and manage cost control strategiesEnsure compliance with contractual requirements and industry standardsConduct delay analysis and recommend schedule adjustments when necessaryRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management.5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably in construction.Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and project control methodologiesStrong understanding of contract management (FIDIC, NEC) and risk assessmentExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
