And through your work, you’ll build a global network and unlock opportunities that you may not have thought possible with access to great support, vast resources, and an inclusive, supportive environment to help you reach your full potential.Your ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee internal project for setup of a PMO function within the Sofia officeImplement and maintain PMO standards, governance frameworks, and best practices to support consistent and high-quality projects deliveryCoordinate with all business units the proper implementation and use of the PMO practice to ensure effective delivery on all engagements – projects, mixed team, staff augmentationMonitor engagements performance, timelines, and budgets, providing regular reporting on KPIs, risks, and escalationsFacilitate project reviews, risk assessments, and post-implementation evaluations to drive continuous improvementMonitor resource planning, capacity forecasting, and budget tracking across the project portfolioMaintain comprehensive templates repository and ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirementsLead PMO communications and training initiatives to build project management knowledge and awareness across all business unitsDrive enhancements to PMO tools, templates, and processes to improve efficiency and transparencyAct as a governance function, fostering a culture of accountability and excellenceSupport delivery leads in applying both monitoring risks, budgets methodologies, depending on project context and requirementsWhat You Bring In5+ years of experience in a PMO leadership or senior project management role.Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches, with the ability to tailor practices to project needs and organizational goals.Experience in the setup and facilitation of a governance PMO function at the company level, including establishing standardized processes, defining governance frameworks, and implementing oversight mechanisms to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.Demonstrated ability to collaborate with executive leadership to develop policies and procedures that support project delivery and accountability across all business units.Proven expertise in utilizing Microsoft 365 (M365) applications to support project collaboration, documentation, and reporting within a PMO environment.Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master are requiredExcellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strategic mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to lead and influence across diverse teams and cultures.Master’s degree or equivalent experience in business, IT, or related field.What We OfferThe chance to work in a top talent teamAttractive remunerationBuild кnowledge in cutting-edge technologiesOpportunity for continuous training, learning and certificationExperience in an international and multicultural organizationWork on challenging projects with clients in various industries around the globeModern office environmentAdditional health insuranceLife insurance50+ benefits and services to choose fromHybrid working policy
