Job Description:Responsibilities:PMO manager (analytics focus) within DC PMO Team contributes to improving the performance of DC medicine development efforts through portfolio reporting, and portfolio data analytics. Develop platform capabilities for metrics collection & display; broaden the utilization of these data by stakeholders Advance current operation of performance measures, providing timely availability of accurate dataRequirements BA/BS degree required (data science or a related technical field preferred), 5+ years of relevant work experience 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in a strategy / management consulting firm that provided services to the pharmaceutical industryProven experience in data analytics, including data structuring, integration, and manipulation. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentation. Familiarity with Python and VBA is a must.Hands-on experience with data management tools (e.g., Alteryx) and visualization platforms (e.g., Spotfire, Power BI). Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
