Draft clear, concise, high-quality documents (including but not limited to correspondence, submissions, proposals, reports, information sheets, meeting minutes) designed to support clear and consistent communication about policy matters in ways appropriate to each reading audience. Coordinate governance related functions for the Program including the development of quarterly and annual reports on business activities and progress against deliverables. Support policy implementation, monitoring and evaluation by, for example, managing implementation or evaluation plans and/or substantively supporting the development of required infrastructure (e. g. procedures, guidelines, training materials).
Substantively contribute to the identification of policy issues either within your area of expertise or drawing on the technical expertise of others. Represent the Program by working in collaboration with stakeholders (e. g. local governments, business and community groups) to progress Program objectives. Plan, organise, facilitate and report outcomes of stakeholder contextualised consultation on policy issues for the review of more senior managers/decision makers. Provide input and advice from a policy perspective into the development of strategies, plans and operating procedures and proposals for the Program. You May Also Have:
