Your primary focus will be building strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their analytical needs, and translating these into intuitive, visually compelling reports and dashboards. Furthermore, you willAct as a trusted advisor to the Consumer Intelligence organization, proactively identifying opportunities where data and visualization can create business valueTake responsibility for the end-to-end delivery process, from stakeholder dialogue and requirement gathering to solution design, implementation, documentation, UAT and user training.Design reports with a strong focus on user experience, ensuring that insights are not just accurate but also accessible and visually engagingCollaborate with IT colleagues and business stakeholders to strengthen our data foundation and improve decision-making capabilitiesChampion best practices in report design, data quality, and governance across the teamStay current with the evolving Power BI ecosystem, including modern development formats and methodologiesWhat Will Make You SuccessfulTo succeed in this role, you combine strong stakeholder engagement with solid Power BI expertise. You are able to translate business needs into intuitive and visually compelling reporting solutions while building trusted relationships across both business and IT. We imagine the ideal candidate bringsA relevant degree in IT, Finance, Business or a related field, combined with 5+ years of experience.Strong expertise in Power BI and a proven track record of delivering business-facing reports and dashboards.A genuine interest in UI and report design, creating intuitive and visually engaging solutions.The ability to translate business requirements into practical reporting solutions.Experience with modern Power BI development practices, including TMDL, .pbip project formats and DAX queries.Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with business and IT.What do we offer?
