Position: Senior PreSales Consultant – Payments / FinTechSalary: ¥17,000,000 (80% Base / 20% Bonus)Company OverviewAn established global payments technology company is seeking a Senior PreSales Consultant to drive sales growth and enhance customer success across Japan.This role bridges business, technology, and client engagement—partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver tailored payment solutions to enterprise clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Sales to lead pre-sales engagements, uncover client needs, and design effective solution proposalsTranslate customer business requirements into solution architectures using the company’s payments platformPresent tailored demonstrations, proposals, and value propositions throughout RFI/RFP processesCollaborate with Product Management to align client feedback with product roadmaps and innovationStay current on payment trends, technologies, and industry developments to strengthen sales strategiesRequirements10+ years of experience in payments or financial software solution consulting / pre-salesExpertise in card issuing, acquiring, or remittance solutionsStrong understanding of enterprise software implementation and customer managementNative-level Japanese and business-level EnglishProven ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical value clearly
