Department: Sales & PresalesLocation: Jakarta, Indonesia (Full Work From Office) - Treasury Tower, SCBD, Jakarta Selatan.Salary: Up to 35,000,000 GrossSummary:We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Senior Presales Representative based in Jakarta to drive our sales growth by acting as the key technical liaison between the sales team and clients. You will be responsible for researching and analyzing complex customer requirements and designing and recommending suitable technological solutions. The ideal candidate must possess an extensive background as a technical lead or software architect.Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth reports and analyses on technology solutions in software development (MUST) and infrastructure specifications.Learn and meticulously analyze customer requirements to identify potential solutions and prepare compelling technical presentation documents and materials.Collaborate closely with sales team members and partners to provide expert knowledge on products, operations, and technology to customers.Work effectively with competency and development teams to deliver comprehensive technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and project plans.Formulate detailed responses to RFP/RFI questions and conduct solution demonstrations for prospective clients.Cross-check and validate technical suggestions and scopes provided by sales, project management, and development members.Identify suitable products and services and actively participate in relevant training courses offered by technology firms.Perform other related tasks essential to the pre-sale process and engagement success.Candidate Requirements:Essential Knowledge:Bachelor's degree in IT majors.Extensive knowledge of IT services, IT technologies, and infrastructure solutions, including:Software application architecture design.Database design.Infrastructure specification for application hosting.Experience Requirements):More than 2 years of experience as a software development technical lead or software architect.Strong experience in software system design and development.Prior experience working at technology companies, System Integrators (SI), or consultancy firms in roles such as Consultant, Pre-sales Representative, or equivalent.Required Skills:Effective in designing high-level architecture for enterprise-level (or complex) software systems.Fluent in English (reading, writing, listening, speaking) and native Indonesian.Proficient in writing clear, concise, and professional documents and presentations.Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Adaptability and resilience in high-pressure work environments.Ability to quickly learn new technology areas and display a passion for continuous learning.Detail-oriented and meticulous approach to tasks.BenefitsHealth & Wellbeing: Comprehensive private insurance (inpatient, outpatient, dental, vision) + BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.Rewards: THR (Annual Bonus) and PKWT Compensation.Tools for Success: Company-provided laptop.Work Environment: Full WFO in Jakarta (can be hybrid).If you do have inquiries, you can contact my email at putupbd@fpt.com
