UK BasedInfrastructureFull Time, PermanentWe are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior or Principal Hydraulic Modeller to join our Water team. This position would ideally be based in London; however we have teams in Birmingham, Bristol and Cambridge.We are a national team that delivers technical excellence and provides specialist advice in flood risk management, drainage design, river restoration, and natural flood management.Your passion and experience delivering quality design solutions are crucial to your success in this role. You will be ambitious, forward-thinking, and desire to better your career.Your areas of knowledge and expertise:You will have the opportunity to be involved in and take a lead role in a wide range of multidisciplinary projects. This will involve working alongside other disciplines, including those from Environmental Planning, Ecology, Transport, and Infrastructure, to deliver exciting projects such as river engineering, restoration/habitat improvement, large-scale mixed developments, and major infrastructure schemes. The ideal candidate will be experienced in hydraulic modelling and hydrology and its application in supporting flood risk studies. You will be able to devise methodologies that meet the requirements of the client brief and are in line with best practice and industry guidance.
