Senior Process Lead (High Potential Engineers)

With an innovation-driven culture, state-of-the-art facilities, and a strong commitment to operational excellence, they provide professionals with the opportunity to develop their careers in a dynamic, high-volume manufacturing environment.DescriptionControl production process parameters and take timely action in case of non-compliance with company standards.Identify and drive cost reduction opportunities through improved equipment efficiency and process optimization.Lead processes to eliminate production losses by applying problem-solving methodologies and process control tools.Optimize production planning to ensure effective manning levels and reduced format conversion times.Provide on-the-floor guidance, leadership, and coaching to line personnel to strengthen capabilities.Act as a process expert in troubleshooting and problem resolution on the shop floor.Fully apply the Integrated Manufacturing System (IMS) and company standards & policies.Directly lead line workers.ProfileHold a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and/or other engineering disciplines.Bring 3-6 years of experience in a production environment (preferably high-volume, low-tolerance industries).Have exposure to Lean principles or similar manufacturing philosophies.Possess excellent written and spoken English skills.Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented, collaborative and eager to learn.Incredibly strong nerves and stress management skills as this role is within a high stress environment.Have strong proficiency in MS Office Applications and making high level presentations.This role is in a extremely high volume continous manufacturing facility. Exposure to similar industries is required.
