Senior Procurement Executive - F&B

We are looking to hire a Senior Procurement Executive - F&B who will be responsible for supporting sourcing activities, from purchase requisition to purchase order processing, for our client based in Dubai— leading group with chain of luxury restaurants, well-established in the region.This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.The role sits within the Procurement Department and reports directly to the F&B Sourcing Lead.We are looking for a passionate Senior Procurement Executive who can effectively support sourcing operations and contribute to process optimization efforts. You should also have experience in supplier evaluation, procurement operations, and cost management within the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry or similar sectors.Key Responsibilities:Prioritize sourcing activities to address business procurement priorities effectively.Support process optimization and standardization efforts to enhance the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process in coordination with the finance team.Prepare RFQs under the guidance of the F&B Sourcing Lead and oversee the tendering process for sourcing projects.Evaluate suppliers and provide insights to the F&B Sourcing Lead for selecting suppliers, particularly for routine, high-volume, low-value goods and services.Assist the F&B Sourcing Lead in supplier negotiations, contributing to cost-effective solutions aligned with business requirements.Analyze bid evaluations, cost assessments, price justifications, and supplier risk assessments, reporting findings to the F&B Sourcing Lead.Act as the primary liaison to address supplier inquiries and stakeholder questions regarding sourcing requirements.Manage supplier relationships and liaise with suppliers throughout the contract lifecycle, including contract initiation, evaluation, selection, renewal, and termination.Update contractual terms and ensure their implementation, including blanket purchase agreements and additional contractual obligations such as insurance requirements.Create and maintain purchase agreements and catalogs to streamline touchless procurement operations.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Minimum of 3–5 years of procurement experience, preferably within the F&B industry or related categories.Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes, including supplier evaluation and negotiations.Experience in managing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contract lifecycle management.Knowledge of cost assessment, bid evaluations, and supplier risk analysis.Familiarity with procurement systems and tools, including ERP platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Availability:Preference will be given to candidates available immediately.We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in the United Arab Emirates.
