Job Summary:The Senior Procurement Executive is responsible for overseeing and executing end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring cost-efficiency, supplier reliability, and compliance with company policies and local regulations. This role plays a critical part in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management to support business operations.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals. Manage the procurement of goods and services, ensuring quality, cost, and timely delivery. Evaluate and negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms and pricing. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance. Coordinate with internal departments to forecast procurement needs and align with budgets. Review purchase requisitions and ensure adherence to company procurement policies. Oversee preparation and issuance of purchase orders and contracts. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Stay updated on market trends and pricing dynamics relevant to procurement categories. Ensure compliance with local laws, importation rules (if applicable), and internal policies. Assist in risk assessment and mitigation in the procurement process.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in procurement (preferably in F&B). Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Familiarity with procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) is a plus. Knowledge of Philippine procurement regulations and local supplier networks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
