Havelock One Interiors is looking for a Senior Procurement Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia KSABackgroundSince 1998, Havelock One Interiors has established itself as a leading turnkey fit-out service provider in the Middle East We specialise in interior contracting and the manufacturing of bespoke joinery, metalworks and sophisticated shop fittingsAs a result of expansion in the key growth market of KSA we are seeking to appoint experienced leaders to take our business forward Therefore, we are offering interviews with well-qualified candidates who are looking to further their careers We offer an established work environment and a loyal and respectful corporate cultureEven though our KSA office is located in Riyadh, we work on different projects all across the country Consequently, the ideal candidate for the Senior Procurement Officer position as well as other vacancies in KSA shall be flexible and adaptable In return, you will be rewarded with great opportunities to work on challenging projects in this key growth marketRole SummaryTo manage the day-to-day Logistics operations by handling timely procurement, delivery of high-quality cost-effective products along with processing of assigned customer ordersDuties And ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliersMaintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important dataReview and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price optionsEnsure that the products and supplies are high qualityProcess purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authorityInvite, assess, award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposalsEstablish and negotiate contract terms and conditions with suppliersPrepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price listsWork with internal and external stakeholders to determine documentAssist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchasedAdminister contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages and insuranceReconcile or resolve value discrepanciesComply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations, standards, and best practicesDevelop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and managementPersonal qualitiesWe are looking for a versatile Senior Procurement Officer in KSA who has the following experience, skills and personal attributes:Excellent verbal and written English skillsBachelors degree in Business administration, Accounting, or related field preferredA minimum 8 years of relevant experience within the procurement field preferably in the field of fit-out construction or joinery manufacturing industriesProblem Solving SkillsTeamwork SkillsNegotiation SkillsNetworking skillsComputer Skills such as Microsoft officeWe are looking forward to receiving your application for the position as Senior Procurement Officer in KSA in case you meet the above mentioned criteriaShortlisted candidates will be contacted
