Join our passionate team and experience a culture that values individual growth and contributions.What You'll DoWork with the HAN procurement team to input into and develop core Procurement cycle at outlet level and group level for all relevant Business UnitsDevelops, together with the procurement operations team, the procurement services lines within HAN and at assigned Business UnitActs as Business Partner to all stake holders within HAN and at assigned Business Unit and align amongstDevelops and manages reporting, benchmarking, and analytics to support the group procurement function particularly around spend categories, contract compliance, Procurement performance, supplier scorecards, and financial healthOwner of outlet's procurement operations processes such as Procurement to Pay (P2P), Contract Management, Supplier performancePartner with Legal, HAN's Procurement manager and Finance team to draft, negotiate and execute contractsWork with IT and Procurement Manager to configure procurement technologies to support reporting and governance needsWork with Strategic Procurement leadership to provide reporting and implementation assistance for category management and strategic sourcing efforts when necessary.What's Ideal To Us3+ years of experience with sourcing, procurement operations, procurement consulting, or business systems / operations, logistics and supply chain (as a plus) with industry experience in construction, design & buildAbility to interface at all levels of the organization to solve compliance problems and ensure transparency of all procurement activitiesGood in data/figures and analytical & negotiation skillsNecessary characteristics and virtues: careful, meticulous, honest, sensitiveWork independently and under high pressure to meet required deadlinesExperience in Design & Build procurement is a plusFollow deadlines, integrity, disciplined, willing to learn and can-do attitude.ORTHERWork Location: Ham Nghi, District 1, HCMCWork time: Monday - Friday (9:00 - 18:00)
