It’s a unique opportunity to take ownership, grow with the brand, and influence its direction on an international scale.TasksCategory Management & AssortmentAnalyze sales performance, profitability, and key KPIs across product lines.Plan and manage the assortment matrix in line with brand positioning and international market needs.Identify gaps and opportunities within the current product portfolio.Optimize the assortment by discontinuing low-performing SKUs and improving overall financial efficiency.Define and implement pricing and margin strategies, including regular profitability and price adjustment analyses.Conduct benchmarking and market analytics to track trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities.Drive the international assortment strategy and ensure execution of category plans across regions.Product DevelopmentGenerate and validate new product ideas based on market insights, trends, and brand strategy.Develop detailed briefs for design and engineering teams, ensuring alignment with technical, aesthetic, and market requirements.Collaborate closely with R&D and design teams to guide product development from concept to launch.Manage the launch of new products and the adaptation of existing ones for new markets.Supplier Relations & ManufacturingIdentify, evaluate, and onboard contract manufacturers and suppliers that meet brand quality and cost expectations.Lead negotiations and maintain long-term relationships with key production partners.Coordinate product sampling, testing, and quality verification during the development phase.Leadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate and support cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, logistics, and sales.Lead marketing initiatives related to product and category promotion.Adjust sales targets and assortment strategies in response to market performance and business priorities.Support team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.RequirementsProven experience (3+ years) in a similar role — such as Product, Category, Assortmnet Manager — ideally within an international environment.Fluent English and confidence in cross-cultural communication.A strategic and analytical mindset, able to turn data into actionable insights and business results.A proactive, ownership-driven attitude — someone who takes initiative and sees projects through from idea to execution.Strong self-organization, accountability, and leadership potential, with the ambition to grow and make an impact.BenefitsComfortable office space in Budapest.Full-time position in an international environment.Private health insurance.Friendly, collaborative team with open communication.Opportunities to grow professionally through diverse and interesting projectsImportant: The HR department accepts responses only through the JOIN platform, please send us a CV in this way, other communication methods are not available
