Senior Product DesignerLocation: Canada (Remote)Salary Range: $122,000 – $156,000Type: Full-timeAuxo is hiring a Senior Product Designer for a leading SaaS company building AI-powered tools that help teams work smarter, faster, and with more impact.You’ll join a small, high-performing team and take ownership of end-to-end product design — from problem framing to prototype to production. This is a strategic and executional role where you’ll influence direction, simplify complexity, and design intuitive experiences at speed.If you’re a senior designer who thrives in ambiguity and knows how to move fast without sacrificing quality, this is for you.What You’ll DoLead full-cycle product design — from research and discovery to prototype and delivery.Translate ambiguous ideas into clear, usable, and elegant user experiences.Craft flows, interfaces, and interactions that balance speed and design quality.Collaborate closely with PMs and engineers to define strategy and scope.Contribute to and evolve the design system for scalability and consistency.Push on product direction with thoughtful rationale and user-centered reasoning.Prototype rapidly and test ideas to validate direction and optimize impact.Advocate for users, clarity, and simplicity across all product decisions.Design with AI as a core material, not just a feature.Who You Are7–10 years of experience designing SaaS products in fast-paced environments.Strong experience across product design, UX flows, and interface craft.Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver in lean or startup contexts.Strong instincts for user needs, especially in complex or ambiguous problem spaces.Track record designing or collaborating on AI-integrated products.Excellent communicator — clear, concise, and confident in articulating design rationale.Experienced working closely with product and engineering teams.Pragmatic designer who balances craft with speed and business impact.Nice to HaveExperience in HRTech, B2B SaaS, or productivity tools.Exposure to AI-first design systems or creative automation.Experience working without dedicated UX research or design ops support.
