Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers,and stakeholders to shape product vision and strategy. Advocate for design best practices and a user-first approach, ensuringaccessibility, usability, and consistency across products. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and businessobjectives. Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to keep ourdesign practice innovative and effective.What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolioshowcasing end-to-end design work. Expertise in design systems, interaction design, and user-centereddesign principles. Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design andprototyping tools. Strong ability to translate complex concepts into simple, elegant userexperiences. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, you canarticulate design decisions and advocate for users.
