Senior Product Designer – SuperApp

Bolt powers frictionless experiences for retailers and customers at every step of the shopping journey—from login to checkout.As a Senior Product Designer at Bolt, you will lead the design and strategy for the SuperApp product, shaping an exceptional experience for millions of users. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders, playing a key role in defining the vision, executing designs, and continuously improving the SuperApp experience.What You’ll Be DoingLead design efforts for the SuperApp product, creating thoughtful, user-centered experiencesApply design thinking to solve complex product challenges and craft elegant, intuitive solutionsDrive end-to-end design execution, from research and ideation to high-fidelity visuals and prototypesAdvocate for exceptional UX across the team and the company, ensuring user needs are prioritizedProactively identify opportunities to improve the product and optimize the user experienceCollaborate cross-functionally with engineers, product managers, and leadership to deliver cohesive, high-quality solutionsWork with Blitz Design System as part of your role, contributing to its maintenance and improvement to ensure consistency and efficiency across productsWhat We’re Looking For6+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end workHighly comfortable working with a design system, including making occasional improvements and adding new components and patternsStrong UX thinking and the ability to translate complex problems into intuitive, user-friendly experiencesExcellent visual and interaction design skills, with keen attention to detailFluency in FigmaStrong collaboration skills and experience working effectively with cross-functional teamsNice to haveExperience designing consumer-facing products in FinTech and/or e-commerceFamiliarity with accessibility principles and solid understanding of WCAG guidelinesAbility to leverage research and evidence to evaluate and improve solutions for users and cross-functional partnersKnowledge of modern AI design tools and the ability to use them efficiently6+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work. Proficiency with design systems, Figma, and user-centered design principles. Strong UX and visual design skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
