We move with speed to solve meaningful challenges, and every Firer is encouraged to dream boldly, lead with courage, and create impact that endures.Discover how our values come to life in every team and product we build on our culture page.What You'll DoStakeholder Collaboration: Gather and clarify UI requirements through discussions with Product, Tech, and other stakeholders.Analyze briefs and define UI standards, constraints, and design scope.UX Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of Empathy Maps, User Journeys, or UX Artifacts, etc.Design Execution:Information Design: Build IA, User Flows, etc., based on research and defined directions.UI Design: Use UI Kits and design systems to deliver detailed design requirements aligned with project goals.Interaction Design: Utilize prototyping tools (Figma, Origami) to build interaction flows, support testing, and complete interaction designs.Ensure Optimized Design: Present designs to stakeholders, and support process improvements to maintain quality and efficiency.Design System:Build/update small components in the Design System/UI Kit to meet design needs.Test and validate development outcomes of UI Kit components across relevant environments.What Sets You ApartExperience: 3+ years in UI Design or Product/UI Design with a portfolio showcasing strong visual and system thinking.Ability to read, understand, and present research materials in English.Familiar with product design processes following the Agile model.UI: Proficiency in design systems, layout, spacing, typography, and color principles.Interaction: Ability of visibility, consistency, mapping, feedback, constraints, and flexibility.Familiarity with web/mobile design and emerging technologies.Required Experience and Skills:Analytical: Personas, journey mapping, and User Journeys.Expertise in Figma, UI Kits, and tools like Figma/Origami.Ability to measure and optimize design solutions.Familiarity with tools like Hotjar, UXCam, Amplitude/QA.Skilled in testing and proposing new tools to enhance workflows.As a Good Fit, We Are More Than Happy To Offer YouRewarding Compensation & Benefits- Competitive salary package with 13th-month pay and seniority bonus- Annual salary review recognizing outstanding contributions- Work-from-home policy for expecting mothers- 16 days of annual leave, plus 1 extra day for every 3 years of service- Premium healthcare package and yearly health check-up- Special occasion support including marriage, maternity, and birthday gifts- Modern work devices tailored to your role such as MacBook, iMac, Mac Mini, or Windows laptop and monitorRegenerative & Engaging Environment- A vibrant workplace with team-building events, annual trip, and various sport clubs- Festive gifts for holidays such as Mid-Autumn and Lunar New Year- Daily complimentary coffee, tea, fresh juice, and a variety of snacks.
