This role will define the strategic future of the B2B app (businessapp.b2b.trustpilot.com/) to make it a more modern, cohesive experience for our customers and drive more functionality for complex, high-value enterprise use cases, ensuring the platform seamlessly caters to specific needs like multi-domain and multi-language support at Enterprise scale. You will work alongside existing teams to elevate their feature sets to Enterprise standards and get your innovative ideas live in front of some of our biggest customers.Working in a cross-functional product squad, you will drive innovation and product evolution in a world where the technologies consumers are using to make decisions are changing faster than ever before, by defining new, ambiguous problem spaces.What You'll Be DoingLead cross-functional agile teams, including remote members, through the entire product lifecycle for complex productsTake ownership of long-term product discovery, strategic roadmaps, and execution while aligning them with business goals and customer needsCollaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and other key senior stakeholders to develop new features and optimize existing productsPrioritize new features and enhancements using robust product management frameworksConduct in-depth user research and leverage data insights to identify ambiguous, strategic opportunities and define new product visionsDrive decision-making by setting clear priorities and using data (quantitative and qualitative) to measure successCommunicate product strategy, status updates, and potential risks to executive leadership and internal teams, ensuring strategic alignment across the businessCultivate solid connections between the sales, marketing, and customer service departments to proactively lead change and promote product-focused mindsets across the enterpriseInspire and motivate teams to achieve their best performance, establishing a culture of high collaboration and innovation, and mentoring more junior Product ManagersWho You AreSignificant product management experience working within agile teams, with a proven history of driving significant business impact and delivering effective digital productsComprehensive understanding of product management principles, including setting long-term product strategy, owning roadmap development, and agile methodologiesDemonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams and successfully influencing senior leadership and executive stakeholders, without direct authorityExpertise in user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to independently define strategic direction and product developmentSkilled in critical assessment and oversight, with expertise in defining, setting up and supervising key performance indicators and measures of achievementPassion for emerging technologies and their potential to transform the product area and user experienceGreat communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams around a common, long-term visionWhat's in it for you?
