We do this by focusing on 3 main pillars:Continuously studying our customers and the problems they are facingMaking sure we build a product that is feasible and best-in-classEnsuring our product-market fit is always top of mindHow you will make an impactAs Senior Product Manager, Acceptance, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and strategic direction of our payment acceptance solutions. You will work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver features that improve the performance, reliability, and user experience of our pay-ins and checkout flows.You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Payouts from opportunity identification and scoping to launch, iteration, and adoption. Define and drive the Payment Acceptance roadmap, aligning closely with business goals, customer needs, and Payrails' broader platform strategy. Develop and track clear success metrics to measure product adoption, performance, and reliability, and use data to inform continuous improvements. Own the go-to-market strategy for new features and improvements by partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive adoption and gather feedback. Conduct market and user research to stay ahead of industry trends and ensure Payrails' Payment Acceptance offering is competitive, innovative, and customer-centric. Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring strong communication and shared understanding throughout the product development process. What we are looking forYou have a minimum of 7 years in B2B SaaS Product Management. You have proven experience driving end to end products from 0-1 and/or 1-N - from scoping to GTM. Hands-on experience working with eCommerce consumer checkout optimization and/or payment service provider (PSP) implementations is a must. You are tech-savvy, have a fluent understanding of APIs and SDKs, and the ability to communicate effectively with engineers. You have a proven track record of managing complex initiatives with a strong emphasis on data, providing actionable insights, and tracking the success of those initiatives. You have experience working with SQL being able to dive into data on your own. You have experience working with Enterprise level customers in complex environments. You are able to communicate complex problems in a simple and relevant manner at all levels. You have proficiency in facilitating workshops and design sessions taking customer needs and business goals into account at all times.
