About Green Project: Green Project Technologies, an ACT Group company, is the leading enterprise supply chain decarbonization platform, helping organizations and their suppliers measure, manage, and reduce emissions across entire value chains.Through its purpose-built suite of tools for carbon accounting, supplier engagement, audit-grade reporting, and renewable energy procurement, combined with expert advisory support, Green Project enables companies to move beyond reporting to real, measurable decarbonization.Trusted by 100+ procurement leaders and 5,000 suppliers across 40+ countries, including Microsoft and S&P Global, Green Project empowers procurement and sustainability teams to deliver credible Scope 3 progress, lower risk, and higher resilience across global supply chains.Responsibilities:Own the product and drive revenueLead the entire engage50 roadmap and be directly accountable for new ARR growthMake bold product bets that win competitive deals and unlock expansion revenuePartner closely with Commercial and Onboarding on sales/customer enablement, competitive positioning, account expansions, and closing dealsStay deeply connected to customersConduct regular customer discovery calls with buyers and prospectsTranslate market insights and competitive intelligence into differentiated product strategyOwn the relationship between Product and key customers to drive adoption and retentionExecute hands-on with Engineering and DesignWork hands-on with Engineering and Design to ship high-impact features from concept through launchUse data to prioritise initiatives and measure success against revenue and engagement metricsChampion AI-driven features that make supplier engagement smarter and more effectiveRequirements: 7+ years of Product Management experience, with a track record of driving revenue growthB2B SaaS product experience, ideally in enterprise or mid-market segmentsStartup experience and comfort operating with ambiguity, pace, and limited resourcesRevenue focus: You understand unit economics, can speak credibly with Sales about pipeline, and prioritise features based on commercial impactCustomer-centric approach: You naturally seek out customer conversations and use insights to drive strategyOutcome-oriented mindset: You measure success by business results, not features shippedMotivation to use technology to accelerate the transition to net-zeroSalary:£90,000 - £110,000 base. Actual base pay may vary based on various factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, level and experience.
