Senior Product Manager

This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage all aspects of the product lifecycle—from gathering and prioritizing requirements to defining the product vision and ensuring successful delivery in collaboration with engineering teams.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all product aspects throughout the lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to define the product vision.Collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality products.Define priorities, create user stories, and plan product releases.Ensure product quality, technical integrity, and user-centric design.Requirements:4+ years of experience in software product management – MustExperience working in Agile teams as a Product Owner – MustStrong ability to create requirements documents based on business needsSolid technical background with an understanding of software development processesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong business orientation and ability to align product strategy with company goalsExperience in web and mobile product developmentExperience in defining requirements for backend systemsIndependent, fast learner with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent teamwork and collaboration skillsBachelor’s degree (BSc in Computer Science preferred) – Advantage
