You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy, defining features, and driving our vision forward in collaboration with a high-performing team.In this role, you will shape comstruct's product strategy. Your work will directly influence our user experience and feature development, helping maintain our competitive edge.As a hybrid company, we value in-person collaboration and expect employees to work from our Munich office 3 days a week.What You Will Be Building 🏗️Define and develop a clear product strategy and vision to guide the team and roadmapIdentify and qualify new opportunities through comprehensive market and user researchProcess customer feedback and usage insights, linking them to potential new featuresCreate detailed acceptance criteria for new features and prioritize tickets effectivelyDocument product features thoroughly and facilitate clear communication between sales, tech, marketing, and customers. What you need to succeed ✨:5+ years' experience in a similar role working with complex, multi-featured productsStartup or high-performing organization backgroundBasic coding/database knowledge (SQL, Python, TypeScript)Strong understanding of competitive cases and market dynamicsHighly structured, organized, self-sufficient, and a strong communicator with a quick, solution-oriented mindsetFluent in German and EnglishNice to have:Cross-departmental knowledge (Marketing, Sales, etc.)Experience with market entry strategies and understanding diverse market dynamicsConstruction industry background or building product for industryMentoring experience with product managers or designers.
