The selected candidate will oversee product strategies and manage the lifecycle of innovative lighting products, ensuring they align with organizational goals. Responsibilities include leading product teams, coordinating cross-functional projects, conducting market and data analysis, and providing guidance on product development. The role combines strategic foresight with hands-on project management to drive business growth and support client needs in the lighting industry. Qualifications Proficiency in Product Strategy and Product Management to effectively plan, develop, and oversee the lifecycle of lighting solutions experience is a must. Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data and make data-driven decisionsExperience in Team Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration to guide and align diverse teamsExpertise in Project Management to ensure timely delivery and coordinate complex projectsExceptional communication and organizational skillsPrevious experience in the lighting, design, or related industry is a MUST
