Senior Product Manager

Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager for one of our partners, a leader in the Retail Motor Vehicles field.Responsibilities:Lead the full product lifecycle — from discovery to launch and iteration.Translate the company's strategic vision into actionable product roadmaps.Partner with engineering, design, operations, and marketing to deliver scalable, customer-centric products.Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to define KPIs and measure success.Drive innovation in car financing and fintech integrations.Prioritize features and manage trade-offs across competing needs and deadlines.Mentor associate product managers and contribute to product culture and frameworks.Requirements:5+ years of experience in Product Management — ideally in startups, fintech, or marketplace platforms.Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing digital products.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Data-driven decision maker with a hands-on approach.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Passion for building technology that transforms traditional industries.
